Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vexanode services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Compensation
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, in the event of unexpected downtime, we offer the following compensation:
- If your service experiences a continuous outage of 24 hours or more, you are entitled to 3 days of service credit added to your account.
- Compensation must be requested via a support ticket within 7 days of the incident.
- Scheduled maintenance with prior notice does not qualify for downtime compensation.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, illegal content hosting, DDoS attacks, and resource abuse.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
5. Changes to Terms
Vexanode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard announcements.
